You must be at least 13 years of age to use Up4It. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to post, share or upload any content that is:
Up4It has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for any content you post on Up4It including event listings, recap photos, comments and messages. By posting content you confirm you have the right to share it and that it complies with these Terms.
Up4It reviews all reported content within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without notice.

All reports are reviewed by the Up4It team within 24 hours.
Approved Event Poster accounts agree to only post legitimate, accurate event information. Misleading or fraudulent event listings will result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant Up4It a licence to display it within the app. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
Your use of Up4It is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Up4It after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
